Our Bureau

KOCHI: AirTel has launched a `value for money' post-paid scheme for its customers in the State, aimed at making mobility affordable and convenient.

The scheme has an effective monthly rental of only Rs 99 and it offers the lowest tariffs in the market compared to other plans. The outgoing rate to GSM, both STD and local, is only Rs 1.99 per minute. ISD calls to Gulf, US and Canada would be charged at Rs 9.99 per minute only for a limited period.

The customers can save up to 81 per cent on this offer and they have to pay an activation fee of Rs 250 and a security deposit that is refundable after 12 months.
