THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: State Bank of Travancore (SBT) has donated full volumes of the reference book, "Horthus Malabaricus" to the Botany Wing of the University of Kerala.

An SBT spokesman said here that the Mr Amitabha Guha, Managing Director, handed over the book to Dr B. Iqbal, Vice Chancellor, University of Kerala, at a function held on Thursday at the latter's Kariavattom Campus.

Dr Iqbal, Dr K. Sasi Kumar, Member, University of Kerala Syndicate, and Mr K.N. Murali, Assistant General Manager, SBT, also spoke on the occasion.
