The Park unveils kitchen items

AFTER ITC hotels, it is now the turn of The Park Hotels to introduce a range of international sauces and relishes for home kitchens.

These preserves bottle the extract flavours from many of the hotel's popular restaurants. Its initial offerings include Basil and Walnut pesto from I.talia at The Park Bangalore, Oven Fried Tomatoes from 601 at The Park Chennai, Tomato & Chilli jam from The Atrium Café at The Park in Kolkata, Red Capsicum Jelly from Monsoon at The Park Bangalore and Thai Chilli Sambal from the Lotus at The Park Chennai.
