Wendtsoft unveils 2 products

CHENNAI: Wendtsoft, a division of Wendt India Ltd, has launched two software products useful in management of excise-duty related issues. `Centrac' is meant for manufacturing companies and `Smartrade' for traders, company officials said.

Wendtsoft has been selling custom-made versions of the excise management software to a number of manufacturing companies in the last three years.

Wendt India is an equal joint venture of the Murugappa group and Wendt GmbH of GermanyThe software division contributes about Rs 1 crore to the turnover.

The three-year old Wendtsoft also offers the service of converting legacy drawings into 2D digital drawings and conversion of 2D drawings into 3D.
