Diesel adulteration

This is with reference to the editorial "Kerosene canalised" (Business Line, December 1). As pointed out in the editorial, the only to way to check the rampant adulteration of diesel would be to rationalise the duty structure of both kerosene and diesel. One hopes that the Centre takes action in this regard.
