Excel Ind to sell land at Amboli

MUMBAI: Excel Industries Ltd has signed a memorandum of understanding to sell its land at Amboli. According to a company notification to the BSE, the sale is for Rs 1.75 crore and is subject to compliance of certain terms and conditions, including clearance under the Urban Land Ceiling Act, and approval for closure of the unit on the said plot of land.
