Meet on aquaculture today

KOCHI: The Marine Products Export Development Authority (MPEDA) is organising a bankers' meet on aquaculture in association with State Bank of India and Agency for Development of Aquaculture, Kerala (ADAK) on Wednesday.

The objective of the meet is to create awareness among bankers and financial institutions about the schemes operated by MPEDA, the State Government and its agencies, particularly for the development of aquaculture.

As many as 150 delegates from Nabard, insurance companies, State and Central agencies along with prospective and active farmers, beneficiaries, entrepreneurs, and hatchery owners will participate in the meet.
