The Hindu Business Line : Expansion of NH bypass in Kerala

KOCHI: The existing land discipline project of the Rotary Club of Kalamassery between Edappally and Kalamassery will be expanded to the NH bypass stretch between Angamaly and Cherthala.

The expanded project will be launched by the end of December. This was decided at a meeting attended by representatives of the club and police officials.

Local-level meetings will be held at Angamaly, Ernakulam and Cherthala and policemen given training in enforcing lane discipline. An imported portable radar was handed over to the police by the club.
