ISB Class of 2004 to host ThinkASIA

Our Bureau

Hyderabad , Dec. 9

THE Class of 2004 of the industry-driven India School of Business (ISB) has conceptualised a thought leadership meet that seeks to brainstorm issues relating to making Asia a global leader.

With ThinkASIA, slated for December 12, these students plan to bring together industry leaders, who will thrash out various business issues and discuss prospects.

Ms Smriti Shekhar and Mr Karthik Jayaraman, both students of ISB, told Business Line that the meeting assumes importance given the backdrop of Asia taking the centre stage. The conference seeks to look at Asia as a burgeoning market, a growing global competitor and a favoured destination for investments.

ThinkASIA would serve as a melting pot of views that have been central in shaping the business debates of our time and those to come. Mr D.S. Brar, CEO, Ranbaxy, will address Market Leadership in Asia and success strategies. Other panelists include Mr Som Mittal, MD, Digital GlobalSoft, and Mr Rajendra Pawar, Chairman, NIIT.
