KOCHI: The Unified Universities Bill will be presented in the next session of the Assembly, the Minister for Education, Mr Nalakath Soopy, has said.

Inaugurating the education seminar organised in connection with the silver jubilee celebrations of Government College Teachers' Organisation, he said the Bill aimed at improving the quality of higher education sector, as it was essential to get support from agencies such as National Assessment and Accreditation Council and University Grants Commission.
