New Products & Services Win-Medicare gel for treating scars launched Our Bureau
Hyderabad , Dec. 16 WIN-MEDICARE (P) Ltd, belonging to the UK Modi Group, has launched the country's first-ever medical solution for treating scars under the brand `Contractubex' here on Tuesday. Addressing newspersons, the Win-Medicare Vice-President, Marketing & Sales, Mr S.S. Aurora, said the product was a patented formulation from Merz of Germany. The product supports the normal wound healing process and also helps scars improve in their appearance making them smoother, softer, more functional, elastic, strong and less noticeable, he said. Contractubex was successful in treating different types of scars originating due to various causes. The gel could be used to treat both old (less than one year duration) and recent scars, resulting after burns, injury, accidents, operation, vaccination and acne, Mr Aurora said.
