Property fair in Chennai

CHENNAI: The Builders Association of India (Southern Chapter) is holding a property show in Chennai between December 26 and 28. The show has been named `House Hunt' and more than 35 builders are expected to participate.

The fair would be co-sponsored by Sundaram Home Finance, which plans to offer a special variable rate housing loan (7.5-7.75 per cent) during the show.

House Hunt would be held at Raja Muthiah Hall in Egmore.
