Standards & Benchmarks Hindustan Zinc bags ISO certification Our Bureau
VISAKHAPATNAM: Hindustan Zinc Ltd here, manufacturer of primary zinc, cadmium and sulphuric acid, has been awarded ISO-14001 certification for its environmental management systems. The plant has already got ISO-9001:2000 certification for its quality management system. Both the certificates have been issued by Registro Italiano Navale (RINA), the Italian certification body.A company press release said that the unit would strive to get OHSAS-18001 for occupational health and safety management systems in 2004. - Our Bureaus
