D-Link shareholders' meet

MUMBAI: D-Link India Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the High Court of Mumbai has directed that a shareholders' meeting be convened on January 24, so that they may approve the amalgamation of Virtual Computers Pvt. Ltd (a 100 per cent subsidiary) with the company.
