Otis unit transfer

MUMBAI: OTIS Elevator Company (India) Ltd said it has completed the transfer of its Kandivli, Mumbai, factory as a going concern to United White Metal Ltd. This transaction is a part of its effortd to rationalise manufacturing to streamline its business in India.

As per the terms of the agreement, all workers will be transferred and offered employment in United White Metal.
