K Sera Sera to offer shares to Sahara India

K SERA Sera Productions Ltd has entered into an agreement and memorandum of understanding with Sahara India Mass Communication Ltd to offer 15,00,000 shares of Rs 10 each to the latter. The company's equity base is currently at Rs 11.73 crore. The company has also bagged a contract for Rs 27 crore from Sahara India Mass Communication Ltd to make 10 Hindi feature films.
