Kaloor-Kadavanthra road nearing completion

Our Bureau

KOCHI: Officials of the Revenue Department and the Greater Cochin Development Authority demolished two buildings that were obstructing the completion of the Kaloor-Kadavanthra road on Sunday. This was the first step towards clearing the commissioning of the road.

The remaining buildings, the dispute over which delayed the land acquisition, will be removed in a week, a release issued from the District Collectors office said. The road will be opened for traffic from January 31.
