175 Sify staff move to Element K

CHENNAI: Some 175 employees of the e-learning arm of Sify Ltd were shifted on Tuesday to the Chennai development centre of Element K, which is engaged in providing e-learning solutions.

According to a communiqué from Sify, it has been the preferred development partner in India for Element K since 2001. Element K is based out of the US.

The statement added that the movement of employees was part of a planned process based on an existing agreement between the two companies which is to be completed by February.
