Surana MD ups stake in firm

HYDERABAD: The Managing Director of Surana Telecom Ltd, Mr Narendar Surana, has informed the NSE that he has acquired 2.34 lakh shares, amounting to 2.07 per cent of the total share capital of the company.

These shares were acquired from the open market between April 1, 2003 and December 30. Consequently, Mr Surana's holding in the company stands at 17.04 lakh shares or 15.08 per cent of the total share capital. These shares are exclusive of one lakh shares of the company acquired through inter-se transfer among promoters.
