Marketing Research Findings `incorrect': Kelvinator Richa Mishra
New Delhi , Jan. 7 REACTING to the results shared by VOICE's in-house magazine Consumer Voice on power consumption of the 165-litre Kelvinator refrigerator, the Electrolux Kelvinator Ltd (EKL) spokesperson said: "The result on the brand is incorrect." The company had informed VOICE that there is more than 60 per cent error in the tests results, specifically on the parameter of power consumption. "We have got the Kelvinator 165-litre refrigerator power consumption tested by a Government-recognised laboratory, Domestic Electrical Appliances Laboratory, Bangalore, which also proves the Consumer Voice's test result incorrect. The same was also communicated to Consumer Voice. We had also offered to share the result report with Consumer Voice," the spokesperson stated. Further, the company's in-house tests also prove that Consumer Voice test findings on power consumption of the brand are totally incorrect, the company said.
