Digital gets nod to delist

BANGALORE: Digital Globalsoft Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has received shareholder approval for the special resolution for delisting of the company's shares on a poll at the extraordinary general meeting held on January 7.

The total votes cast (no of shares) in favour was 2,02,86,075, while 58,307 were polled against. Accordingly, the delisting of the company's shares from all stock exchanges where it is currently listed pursuant to SEBI (Delisting of Securities Guidelines), 2003 placed for approval at the meeting was duly passed with the requisite majority.
