Crest plans GDR issue

CREST Communication Ltd has decided to offer and place up to 75,000 global depositary receipts at a price of $7.75 per GDR, aggregating $5,812,500.

Each GDR will represent 10 underlying equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each.

Subject to the approval from Luxembourg Stock Exchange, the issue would open on January 14.
