Bangalore , Jan.9

INFOSYS, which has floored its hiring accelerator, feels there is a resource crunch in the project manager segment for professionals with three-five years experience.

The attrition of such professionals from Infosys is mainly due to better opportunities, Mr Nandan Nilekani said.

"The project managers are not growing at the same rate as that of the industry growth," Mr Nilekani said, adding that the industry could see "scramble" for hiring such professionals.
