Suven board meet on Jan 19 to issue preferential shares

SUVEN Life Sciences Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that a meeting of its board of directors would be held on January 19 to issue and allot equity shares on preferential basis.

The company has recently obtained the approval of its shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting for issuing of up to six-lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each to Batterymarch Financial Management Inc., Emerging Markets Management LLC, Aeneas Portfolio Company LP and/or their sub-accounts/nominees/associates at a price of Rs 457 per share as per the pricing formula of SEBI guideline on preferential offers.
