Tata Tele offers new services for call centres

TATA Telecom Ltd, an enterprise communication solutions provider, has lined up a series of value added services (VAS) for the growing contact centre players seeking to optimise their technology investments and provide an integrated view of their applications through a common interface.

The National Marketing Manager of Tata Telecom, Mr Amit Mehta, told Business Line that the new value-added solutions were being brought into India through strategic partners. Tata Telecom has entered into a strategic alliance with Simon that offers IP-based performance management solutions. The products are based on a real-time infrastructure solution for collecting, managing and distributing critical information on work.
