BANGALORE: Covansys Corporation, a global consulting and technology services company, has announced that it has been selected by the Controller of Certifying Authority (CCA), Ministry of Information Technology, to conduct digital signature licence audits.

As part of this assignment, Covansys recently completed an audit of Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd's digital signature certificate infrastructure.

As one of the auditors chosen by the CCA, Covansys provides audit reports to the CCA on compliance status"This award underscores Covansys' long-standing commitment to taking the risk out of offshore outsourcing," said Mr Krishnaswamy Subrahmaniam, President and Chief Executive Officer, Covansys India and Asia Pacific.
