Ashian Herbex products for tobacco users

ASHIAN Herbex Ltd, a Hyderabad-based natural products company, has announced the launch of two new herbal products targeted at cigarette smokers and tobacco chewers for the Indian market.

While Smoktime is the promise for smokers, Panntime is for tobacco chewers.

Smoktime is a candy that is useful for smokers who usually suffer from lung and throat-related problems.

It contains curcumin and amla, which according to scientific studies relieve the smoker from the harmful adverse effects of smoking, a company release said.

Panntime is a candy containing ginger in addition to curcumin and amla.

It is useful in alleviating mouth ulcers, tooth-related problems and gastric troubles.

"It improves body resistance and helps tobacco chewers to minimise the harmful effects."

The company has established a continuous extraction plant and produces Capsaicin of 100 per cent concentration and Solanesol (extract of tobacco), which it exports to Brazil, China, Japan, Korea, Europe, the UK and the US.
