Awards & Honours Kshema Tech bags quality award Our Bureau
Bangalore , Jan. 20 THE Bangalore-based software services company, Kshema Technologies, has bagged the IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Commendation Certificate 2003 in the service category. The award has been given in recognition of the company's benchmarks, which are comparable to the very best in the world. The commendation has been a synonym of excellence in quality and good practices in the Industry, since 1997. "An award of this merit for a young company like Kshema Technologies is shot in the arm," said Mr. Anant Koppar, CEO of the company. He also said, "receiving the IMC Ramakrishna Bajaj National Quality Award is not the end of the success story. As an award winner, we have to continue improving our systems". The Ramakrishna Bajaj National Quality Award is based on framework and principles almost similar to the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award that is given by the President of the United States to businesses manufacturing and service, small and large and to education and healthcare organisations that apply and are judged to be outstanding in seven areas: leadership, strategic planning, customer and market focus, information and analysis, human resource focus, process management, and business results.
