Ind Swift net up 50 pc

NEW DELHI: Ind Swift Laboratories Ltd has recorded a 50 per cent growth in net profit to Rs 2.4 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2003 from Rs 1.6 crore registered during the same quarter the previous year.

According to a company statement, the performance has been good with the bottomline growing by 50 per cent, whereas the topline grew by eight per cent to touch Rs 44.50 crore compared to Rs 41.01 crore.

"The company is constantly adding new customers to its client base in the international markets with 35 new customers added during the last nine months. In Latin America, Europe and West Asia alone, 18 new customers were added," the statement said.
