Jet launches daily flights from Kolkata to Agartala

JET Airways on Tuesday launched daily commercial flights on the Kolkata-Agartala-Kolkata sector. On Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, the flight will operate on the Kolkata-Agartala-Kolkata sector while during the rest of the week it will operate on the Kolkata-Agartala-Guwahati-Agartala-Kolkata sector.

According to airline sources, on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, Flight 9W 619 will depart Kolkata at 5.05 p.m. and arrive at Agartala at 6.00 p.m. The return Flight 9W 620 will depart from Agartala at 6.35 p.m. and arrive in Kolkata at 7.30 p.m.

On Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, Flight 9W 619 will depart from Kolkata at 1.05 p.m. to reach Agartala at 2.00 p.m.

It will take off from there at 2.35 p.m. and reach Guwahati at 3.20 p.m.

The return Flight 9W 620 will depart from Guwahati at 5.15 p.m. and arrive at Agartala at 6.00 p.m. The flight will then depart from Agartala at 6.35 p.m. to reach Kolkata at 7.30 p.m.

On this sector, the airline will operate a Boeing 737-700 aircraft with a configuration of 20 Club Class and102 Economy Class seats, according to the sources.
