CAG to visit Hyderabad today

HYDERABAD: The Comptroller & Auditor General of India (CAG), Mr V.N. Kaul, will be on a three-day visit to Hyderabad beginning Wednesday.

During his visit, he will meet the Chief Minister, Mr N. Chandrababu Naidu, and the Governor, Mr Surjit Singh Barnala. He is expected to discuss matters pertaining to the Finances of the State Government.

The CAG will also inaugurate the Accountant General (AG) Bungalows in Jubilee Hills and lay the foundation stone for the staff and residential quarters of the Indian Audit & Accounts Department (IA & AD) at the AG Colony in Yousufguda, according to a release from the Office of the Accountant General (A&E) of Andhra Pradesh.
