HAHNEMANN Herbal Ltd, an ayurvedic medicine manufacturer, is planning to take up Rs 30-crore project for herbal cosmetics and toiletries in West Bengal.

Mr Goutam Banerjee, Chairman & Managing Director, told presspersons here on Wednesday that the project could be a joint venture one with Admix Insage, a marketing company, as an equity partner. Project financing including an IPO and the land acquisition are being finalised, Mr Banerjee said.

Admix would also market Hahnemann's medicines. Hahnemann has set up its herbal drug project in Orissa at a cost of Rs 13 crore. The company has hit the market with two products — one for digestive disorder and another is a cough syrup.
