ITC Hotels total income soars

ITC Hotels Limited on Wednesday reported that its net profit for the third quarter of 2003-04 rose to Rs 7.16 crore from Rs 2.94 crore in the corresponding period last year on the back of the "general feel-good factor adding greater momentum" to the hospitality industry.

The company's total income rose from Rs 33.65 crore in the period to Rs 44.49 crore, an increase of 32 per cent, according to figures released by the company here.
