Eonour rejigs operations

CHENNAI: Eonour Technologies Ltd has announced that STADS World Ltd, the company's subsidiary, would take over Eonour's export and "deemed export business."

According to a statement to the stock exchange, this would accord greater focus to the company's operations "in order to capitalise on the growing business and will also attract strategic investors."

Further, Eonour Businessway Ltd, another fully-owned subsidiary of the company, would be taking over the company's South East Asian businessThe company is also in the process of extending its application development capacity and is coming out with an ERP software.
