Thiruvananthapuram , Jan. 29

AMARA Raja Batteries Ltd (ARBL) has launched an "Amaron PitStop" here, the third in the State and the 39th in the country.

Ace driver and brand ambassador Narain Karthikeyan opened the PitStop, an exclusive retail showroom for the entire Amaron range of batteries for passenger cars, tractors and trucks, and inverter batteries.

The Amaron PitStop is one of the ways through which Amara Raja reaches out to its customers by offering complete "brand experience" through the ambience and attention to customer needs, according to Mr S. Ramachandra, Executive Vice-President.

The company helps its franchisees to grow through technical and marketing assistance, corporate branding, proprietary equipment, campaign material and continuous personnel training.

Operations at the Amaron PitStop are directed by a standardised distribution and service programme based on consumer research. This system ensures a higher level of customer satisfaction and is monitored by ARBL through regular feedback training.

The PitStop also serves as an authorised collection centre for used batteries.
