GM showroom opened in Chennai

CHENNAI: Sundaram Motors, a division of T.V. Sundram Iyengar & Sons Ltd, has opened a multi-brand showroom for General Motors India. It will sell the Chevrolet and Opel brands in Chennai and nearby areas from the showroom located on arterial Anna Salai.

The showroom is spread over 6,000 sq ft and will offer sales, service and spares parts. The workshop has 35 bays. The showroom was inaugurated on Friday, according to a press release from Sundaram Motors. This is the second multi-brand outlet of General Motors India in Chennai. The other one is run by the MPL group.

General Motors India is in the process of opening more such multi-brand franchisees - showrooms that deal in both Opel and Chevrolent brand vehicles - across the country.
