Rubber prices continue to fall

Our Correspondent

KOTTAYAM: Rubber rates continued to fall on Wednesday. RSS 4 closed at Rs 50 a kg against Rs 50.25 on Tuesday. Nervous selling from traders and growers seemed to be putting pressure on the prices.

Rubber futures fell sharply on Wednesday. The February delivery was quoted at Rs 49.75 (50.37), March delivery at Rs 51.85 (52.62), April delivery at Rs 54.40 (55.07), May delivery at Rs 56.45(57.23) and June delivery at Rs 58.35 (59.09) per kg for RSS 4.
