THE physical rubber market was static on Tuesday. All the rates remained unchanged while arrivals were meagre.

At the Bangkok market, the RSS 3 improved to Rs 56.61 from Rs 56.01 a kg on Monday. The futures market showed better trends on Tuesday. The near-month March delivery was quoted at Rs 51.60 (Rs 51.43), the April delivery at Rs 53.82 (Rs 53.61), the May delivery at Rs 56.03 (Rs 55.84) and the June delivery at Rs 58.00 (57.85) per kg for RSS 4.
