CLB approves Compact Power, HBL Nife merger

Hyderabad , Feb 12

HBL Nife Power Systems Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that the scheme of amalgamation of Compact Power Sources Pvt Ltd with the company has obtained the approval of the Company Law Board, Chennai.

Earlier during August last year, the shareholders of HBL Nife at the High Court directed meeting approved the scheme of amalgamation.
