SQL Server reporting service

Our Bureau

BANGALORE: Microsoft India has announced the availability of SQL Server 2000 Reporting Services, a tool that would increase business insight and provide real-time information from any data source to any device.

The tool is integrated into SQL Server and comes at no additional cost, allowing customers and partners to create richer business intelligence solutions faster, at lower cost compared to other offerings, said a company press release.

TCS is the first partner to set up a reporting services practice to service local delivery needs, and the two companies have identified telecom, manufacturing and the ITES vertical as the early adopters of this offering.
