Tea garden trekking

KOCHI: As many as 42 participants from various parts of the country cruised through the Kochi backwaters in connection with the national level Munnar tea garden trekking and backwater voyage organised by the Kerala chapter of the Youth Hostels Association of India.

The State Minister of Fisheries and Excise, Prof K.V.Thomas inaugurated the boat voyage at a function held near the High Court. Participants from Kerala, Karnataka, Maharashtra and West Bengal will be participating in the trekking.
