The Hindu Business Line : Punjab Tractors reappoints Mahajan as MD

THE board of directors of Punjab Tractors Ltd (PTL) has decided to reappoint Mr Yash Mahajan as its Vice-Chairman and Managing Director for three years effective April 7, 2004.

In a press release here on Thursday, the company said Mr Mahajan's current tenure as VC and MD ends on April 6.

The board has also decided to appoint Mr A.M. Sawhney and Mr P. Sivaram as whole-time directors for a period of five years effective April 1, 2004.

While Mr Sawhney was designated Director (Marketing), Mr Sivaram was designated Director (Finance), the release said.
