Emaar Properties to build luxury hotels worldwide

Abu Dhabi , Feb. 23

DUBAI'S EMAAR Properties has signed a letter of intent with Italian fashion house Giorgio Armani Company to build a chain of luxury hotels worldwide, the official Emirates News Agency, WAM, reported.

According to a statement by Emaar, the plan calls for four resorts and 10 hotels to be built within seven years in Milan, London, Dubai, Paris, New York and Tokyo, the agency said.

The first of the hotels in Dubai, will include 250 suites. Another 150 luxury flats designed by Armani for long-term lease will be situated in the Burj Dubai, billed as the tallest tower in the world Armani will be in charge of design and style for the chain.
