Jataayu ties up with UbiNetics

Bangalore , Feb. 24

JATAAYU Software, a subsidiary of Integra Software, said that it has tied up with UbiNetics Ltd. The tie-up will enable the integration of its WAP 2.0 browser, WAP stack and the MMS client on the latter's GSM/GPRS terminal reference platform.

UbiNetics is a major supplier of 3G, 2.5G and 2G intellectual property solutions for chipsets and terminal device manufacturers and 3G Test and measurement equipment.

UbiNetics' customers can now offer ready-to-go messaging applications and significantly reduce overall time to market for new handsets, said a Jataayu press release. Jataayu has provided its software to eight of the top 15 terminal reference platforms and UbiNetics is one among them, said Mr Mahesh Jain, CEO of Integra Software.
