Media marketing body formed

BANGALORE: The media marketing fraternity in Bangalore has come under one umbrella with the formation of Media Association of Bangalore.

The association is exclusively meant for the 300-odd media marketing people covering print, television and radio, a press release here said. The objectives of the association include updating and informing movement of media marketing people, agency and clients, to bring out a directory of media related people, to be a source for media jobs and to institute awards for best media sales people in various categories.

The elected officers bearers include Mr Suresh Selvaraj (Outlook), President, Mr N. Sekar (Dainik Jagran), General Secretary, Mr Jay Menon (The New Indian Express) Vice-President, and Mr Sunil. R (The Hindu) Treasurer.
