Goldstone Tech to hike authorised capital

Hyderabad , Feb. 27

GOLDSTONE Technologies Ltd has resolved to increase the authorised capital of the company to Rs 30 crore and issue warrants of Rs 61.50 lakh equity warrants/shares on a preferential basis and also issue GDRs or other instruments for an aggregate amount not exceeding $15 million.

The members of the company in their EGM held earlier this month approved resolutions in respect of increase of authorised capital of the company, issue of equity warrants/shares on preferential basis and alteration of Articles of Association (AoA), the company has informed the National Stock Exchange.
