MUMBAI: At its board meeting held on Friday, the board of Thomas Cook (India) Ltd was restructured.

Thomas Cook Overseas Ltd (TCOL) has withdrawn the nomination of Mr Stefan Pichler as a Director.

Dr Thomas Doering has been appointed as the Non-Executive Chairman and Mr Heinz Ludger Hueberg as its Vice-Chairman.
