BPO workshop on March 11 in Chennai

THE Chennai chapter of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce and the Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council are jointly organising a conference here on the operational problems associated with running a business process outsourcing (BPO) outfit in India.

The conference, that is to be held on March 11, would witness presentations by people in the industry, said a press release issued by the organisers. Mr P.R. Krishnan, Vice-President at TCS, and Mr Anil Sandhir from the World Bank are among the industry experts who would talk about operational details of BPOs.
