BS15000 certification for Digital

BANGALORE: Digital GlobalSoft on Thursday said it has received the BS15000-IT Service Management certification under the itSMF certification scheme.

The audit was carried out by KPMG Audit Plc during February, said a company press release.

The certification covers the entire gamut of ITSM processes used in the provision of infrastructure and application support services, including the internal IT services of the company.
