HYDERABAD: Andhra Bank has constituted an ad hoc committee under the leadership of Mr A.L. Nageswara Rao, General Manager (Marketing) to look into various aspects of improving the customer services.

The committee was formed on the directions of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in its mid-term review on monetary and credit policy for 2003-04 and will be looking the aspect of simplifying the procedures, practices and regulations prescribed by the RBI.
